Are you someone who takes pride when a client says "I don't know what we'd do without you"? As the Email Account Manager, you'll be the link between clients and the team. You've managed Klaviyo accounts and turned underperforming list emails into real revenue. You'll own your client accounts from kickoff call to monthly results review. You'll be the person clients call when something isn't working - and you'll fix it. If a campaign is supposed to go out tomorrow and the flow is broken, you're the person who catches it first.
