We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Leader to spearhead our growth efforts across the Middle East Europe and North Africa. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with regional teams with a real digital growth focus, crafting brand marketing strategies, driving growth and sign-ups working closely with performance marketing for digital UA and Brand awareness, and ensuring flawless execution to maximise impact.
You must have had previous hands on performance marketing experience.
You must be fluent in Arabic and English.

Day to Day
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy for the region/countries to drive brand awareness, sign ups and retention
- Identify and understand opportunities and challenges in both markets
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the teams on the ground
- Cultivate an atmosphere of creative innovation
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 10 marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Fill in the gaps – enhance their projects, ensure you provide an extra layer of thinking, consideration and value add to their work
- Work closely with teams on the ground to ensure their efforts are worthwhile and will move the needle, with opportunities maximised and fully thought through
Brand building and Campaign execution
- Oversee the planning, execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across the various real and digital channels
- Develop compelling brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences in both markets.
- Work closely with performance marketing in optimising the marketing budget to maximise ROI and drive KPIs
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation in our key markets through consistent messaging and storytelling – specific to each country.
- Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise performance.
- Track key metrics and report on marketing performance to senior leadership.
- Be comfortable digging into performance marketing metrics, spend, CAC, retention and quality of users.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in a startup or fast-paced consumer business (ideally tech), preferably across multiple MENA markets.
- Performance marketing expertise, hands on executing UA campaigns across the major ad platforms
- Proven expertise in GTM planning and execution.
- Deep understanding of the cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, and media landscapes in the region.
- Strong experience in leading and inspiring cross-border marketing teams.
- Exceptional data skills and a proven ability to evaluate and optimise marketing activities.
- Demonstrated success in both online and offline brand building.
- Strong understanding of Muslim culture and its significance in the region, whether through lived experience or extensive professional exposure.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
