Ensure compliance with safety standards across fleet operations Candidate profile Experience • 10+ years in agricultural or heavy-equipment fleet management • Proven experience managing large, ageing, mixed-brand fleets • Strong background in maintenance optimisation and cost control • Experience operating across multiple regions or sites Technical capability • Solid understanding of tractors, implements, and agricultural machinery • Ability to assess mechanical condition and economic viability of equipment • Comfortable working with maintenance data and operational KPIs
