About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic global growth team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our user acquisition strategy, focusing on building and scaling strategic partnerships with top-tier Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), affiliates, and crypto communities. If you are a proactive deal-maker with a deep understanding of the Web3 space and a strong commercial mindset, we'd love to have you on board.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Expansion: Identify, pitch, and successfully onboard crypto KOLs and affiliates to drive user acquisition, registrations, and overall trading volume for the platform.
  • Campaign Management: End-to-end planning and execution of customized, localized KOL campaigns and promotional events tailored to user demographics in different regions.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for partners. Nurture long-term relationships, resolve operational bottlenecks, and continuously optimize partnership frameworks to maximize ROI.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and commission/rebate structures. Use these insights to proactively adjust and optimize our channel expansion strategies.


Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above. Working proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred for cross-border communication.
  • Industry Experience: Proven Business Development or Sales experience within the blockchain/crypto industry. Candidates with an existing network of active Web3 KOLs/Affiliates will be given top priority.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of the global crypto community ecosystem and familiar with promotion dynamics across platforms like YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord.
  • Crypto Knowledge: Strong learning agility with a genuine passion for the blockchain industry. Familiarity with crypto trading mechanics—especially derivatives/futures contracts—is a significant advantage.
  • Drive & Mindset: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and commercially driven (a "hunter" mentality). Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to close deals efficiently.
