Corporate SAP S/4HANA Specialist (PP/QM/EPPDS) with verification

Job Purpose:

Provides application services, including configuration, testing, and deployment of activities for end users. Provides support related to logistics. Develops and integrates business ideas. Assists in resource-planning decisions. Ensures the smooth and efficient SAP deployment by developing and overseeing solutions for any shortcomings.

Main Activities:

• Performs system configuration, data migration, end-user training and testing activities during the implementation of SAP and add-on softwares. Provides second-level support according to SLA.
• Customizes and configures SAP to integrate it with multiple systems.
• Assists the SAP Team Manager with project status control to provide action plans according to specific situations and ensures updates.
• Coordinates with technical teams on solution design, programming, and validation.
• Analyzes business process requirements, conducts gap analyses, and provides solutions using SAP.
• Provides training to end users as well as first-level support members. Conducts satisfaction surveys, prepares documentation, and guarantees availability of work instructions and user guides.
• Prepares, communicates, and reviews Business Application KPIs and defines, accordingly, a continuous improvement plan of processes and procedures to meet the IT department and the Company's objectives.

Educational Background (or equivalent level):

• Engineering/Master’s Degree in IT
